Will not return to this delapitated and dirty hotel. It was not worth what I paid so I checked out two nights early. The ladies I delt with at the front desk were the only thing good about this place.
I had to stay over at the Crossland Economy Studios, due to some circumstances that came along. I went to the front desk and spoke with Sandy & Jonathan to explain my situation and they were very helpful. When they spoke with the mangers, Alexis and Mr. Waqus, Mr. Waqus stated that they would be happy to accommodate me and Alexis agreed. Also, Rebecca who just joined the company have been very helpful, and friendly through my stay. The maintenance gentlemen, Victor and Gustavo keeps the property looking very well. The housekeeping staff always have the rooms fresh and well equipped with towels, toiletries. Thank you all for doing such a great job, Guys! Keep up the Good work!!!
The rooms were not bad but they werent 5 star either you pay for what you get! The front desk staff was very helpful and understanding if I said I needed an extra chair they gave me one...I think her name was (Alexus) and she was very sweet and a goi d person to talk to she has great customer service she gave me everthing that I needed. There was a gentlemen there his name was jonathan he was working the night shift he is very helpful also I will be going back when I go back to houston
On Tuesday, May 21, I made a reservation for stay May 22-May 25 for a friend. I received an email Confirmation #: 108537937. On May 22nd, we arrived at the hotel straight from the airport at about 10:20pm. The girl that addressed me (her name is Alexis) was beyond rude and condescending. She then proceeds to tell me that check-in time was 3pm and my showing up this late meant my reservation was cancelled (WTH). This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. She tells me my confirmation email states to call by 6pm if we're arriving later. What's the purpose of reserving a room with a credit card then? By the way, this is what the email states: "Guaranteed Reservation Policy: Your reservation is guaranteed for arrival up to and after 6pm local hotel time on date of arrival. Please note that personal checks are not an accepted method of payment." She just left me standing there and went about her business, when I eventually asked her what was happening now, she said, "well, since you didn't call us, I now have to look for another room for you. I just don't know if we have any rooms. We might have one but it may need cleaning". And then went into the back. You'd think she was giving us the room for free the way she was acting. I've stayed in many hotels around the world, it shouldn't matter when you check-in. That's why reservations are made with credit cards, so you're charged the room rate if you do not show up. I had to leave this place and go down the street to another hotel. Will NEVER EVER return. It's ridiculous!!!
What can I say . It's started at first day when I booked a double queen room for me and my family ( tow kids tow adults) and when I reached to the hotel to check in I met a nice lady (( Nicole)) she polity apologies because they don't have double queen rooms and she offered to give us single bed room .imagen 4 family members on single bad .I have to accepted after 16 hours flight and she promised to change the room next day . But that situation continues for tow nights . So I paid for two queen but they give me one single bed . And what makes me complain now is after 10 days .and since 3 days I keep asking for room service and they keep give me excuses like we will schedule it for tomorrow we don't have any buddy to clean Now . And I keeps asking for the manger but he never been there
Good day to you, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize a valuable person that works at Crossland Studios, 2130 Hwy 6. His name is Neel Desai, and he has been very helpful with my stay in Houston Texas. Neel, has proactively reached out to me to explain the policies, and the organizational structure of the Crossland organization. He has explained in detail things that I can do to make my stay here more pleasant. Each time I see Neel he asks me if I have concerns, and if I do he makes appropriate suggestions, which makes sense to me. He is very professional, articulate, and always tries to be a problem solver. I hope that as I continue my stay at Crossland hotel I will be able to work with Neel Desai, because he is an individual that treats clients with dignity, and respect. Thanks Neel Desai
Check the Internet for vehicle break-ins here. Several vehicles have been broken-in or stolen. Including mine. My barbecue grill was taken by the manager who at first denied this. Later he admitted he took it. The general manager greed to replace it but never did so. Now I have to take legal action. I stayed here for a couple years. Lots of problems with lost mail, pan handlers coming to the rooms for money. Painters getting paint on the cars when painting the railings. I hope Trip Advisor has the guts to leave a factual review. I have been at the Crossland Economy Studios for quite sometime now. But, while I have been here as a long term guest, my stay has been great! The staff is been very helpful due to my circumstances. The maintenance has always tended to my needs as keeping my room operable. Any request made will be taken care of immediately. Housekeeping is always been very kind to keep the rooms very clean and fresh. They are always in abundance of supplies/toiletries if they were out on the floors. Very attentive to your needs. I have never felt more comfortable at a place.
management and staff are friendly,kind,and very helpful! these guys are AWSOME and they provide outstanding service! they are always very eager to help and assist you with your needs! they are an OUTSTANDING team! id like to personally recognize: Waqas Neal(management)--Maria and Bilal(front desk)----Cisco(maintanance)---Alba and Elsa(housekeeping)-----and other Names that i dont remember-They are all GREAT! they are an AWSOME team!
Today is a nice day,but also a little sad for us; we've stayed here a little over a year and a half thru the hot summer days, the holidays Christmas,and NewYears Our stay here has been peaceful and pleasant Everyone in the office always with a friendly smile and are very curteous this had been our home and we were so at place here,but it would not continued to be that way if the maintence man Cisco and the office clerk Maria had not stepped in to our rescue: you never know what someone has to face on any given day it was changing of management and frustrations attitudes and false rumors and with no minutes to spare we were order to leave at a bad time during work hours and Cisco and Maria went out on a limb for us and we will continue to stay with Crosslands Houston West Oaks because of the kindness and humanity that was given to us in a moment when all was on the line and they helped turn a bad hopless situation around that day i will never forget i recommend Cisco and Maria for their
