O melhor: La ubicación junto al río.
O pior: La decoración interior, pero es personal.

O melhor: Las vistas hacia el río
O pior: La lejanía de Toulouse, pero se recompensa por el trato del personal

We booked for one night in this hotel as an en route stopover from St Malo to our home in southern France after the Christmas holidays. An important consideration is always secure parking, particularly as the car was likely to be loaded with very visible presents and other purchases. After a 760km drive, we were pretty tired and looking forward to an hour or two of 'feet up' prior to a leisurely dinner and a good night's stay. We checked in and went up to the room. At 17.00, it hadn't been serviced. Back to Reception, where after much shock horror and checking of clipboards, the suggestion was made that we have a drink in the bar while the problem was dealt with. "Just 10 minutes" was the plea. It would never have been 10 minutes - more like 30 minimum and we declined and left immediately. My experience is that if something as fundamental as the servicing of a room can go wrong, then there's a problem with the hotel. Add to that, you as clients are liable to end up nit-picking over other small things. We opted to press on for home and made it four hours later. Obviously this shouldn't have happened, whether the room was reserved for a client or ready for a walk-in one. Our impression of (what we saw of) the hotel was one of 'faded glory', hardly likely to be deserving of a cost of over €200 for room & dinner. Give it a miss I'd say, but the secure parking looked good! Better check my card a/c to make sure they haven't charged me.

Stayed on a Sunday night. Hotel looked rather dark and mournful and not very welcoming on arrival but we had prepaid so decided to stay! The whole place is rather worn but has a certain charm about it despite a permeating smell of chlorine emanating from the spa in the basement. The room was ok with a half view of the river. Nice touches such as a Nespresso machine and a lavender pillow misting spray!! BUT ..... Why oh why, in an almost empty hotel, put your only guests in adjacent rooms!! Is it to save on heating or to save the chambermaid's legs or just plain bad hotelmanship? Our neighbour had a hacking cough and a high pitched voice and seemed to want to chat loudly to her partner half the night! So frustrating when you are in a hotel to get a good night's sleep for a long journey the next day. Dinner was good though!

We stumbled upon this sleepy town whilst driving down to the south , we had nearly given up finding anywhere decent when we came across the Moulin, situated alongside the River Tarn at its confluence with the Garrone, it is truly a stunning setting. The weather was perfect and we sat on the terrace to enjoy an anchovies salad followed by a boned chicken leg stuffed with mushrooms, which was really succulent. My wife had foie gras followed by trout. Service was good but relaxed, so do give yourself plenty of time and enjoy the view. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of food we enjoyed €18 for two courses. We were not staying in the hotel, but on the strength of the food served for lunch I wouldn't.t hesitate to recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as part of a package holiday with Travel Editions. It is in a lovely spot with beautiful views. Our rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds. Bathrooms had both bath and shower, hairdryer etc. Flat screen television in both rooms. We also dined at the hotel every night. Vegetarian food was a bit difficult but they got it right in the end. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and some mornings there were a few things missing. Overall it is a nice place to stay but just needs a bit more attention to detail.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and a special charm. The staff is very friendly, attentive and very flexible. Special care was taken for my aged parents. Hotel is nicely situated and lots of things to see in the area. WiFi works everywhere but one should remember to ask for code. I would have appreciated the green action with regards to towels that are not necessarily to be changed. Although the housekeeping staff had a great smile and the room was impeccable. For sure to visit again.....

We stayed for 2 nights at this 3 star hotel whilst on a cycling holiday. We had a good sized room with a view of the Tarn. Most of the time this feels more like a 4 star hotel. We ate in the restaurant both nights because it was so good but there is also a selection of restaurants in the town about 5 minutes’ walk away. We enjoyed the Monkfish and the veal very much. The style is quality produce, simply but creatively cooked and beautifully presented. There was a good buffet selection at breakfast although we were surprised to find that even the coffee was self-service from a machine. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly but some were a little snooty……………. If you are cycling the hotel is right on the Canal du Garonne cycle path which is great. If we visited Moissac again we would definitely stay here.
