Moderno, limpo, otimamente bem localizado, funcionários que falam um bom inglês na recepção
Diaria um pouco cara. O café da manhã não está incluso e é muito caro. R$140,00 para 2 pessoas.

Limpeza, banheiro, tamanho do quarto, conforto, etc... 5 estrelas.
Mesmo que próximo ao metro é um pouco afastado do centro.
The breakfast was a wide choice of local and international dishes. There are numerous choices in the area for lunch and evening meals. My wife and I had a great time in Japan and the hotel made the break for us.
I've stayed at ANA / Kanayama Station again, and this is my preferred hotel for visiting Nagoya. The location is excellent, with access to the Kanayama train station. This time I rented a Wifi router from the lobby, and the rental price was quite reasonable. Also on this visit I had a view overlooking the train station from the 25th floor. Although this can cause some noise, it was an interesting view as it was like watching a model train set from the window, only these trains are real! From time to time there are vendors set up inside the train station. Selections of food and gifts can sometimes be found there. The apples, when in season, are the most delicious apples I have ever tasted. Across the courtyard next to this hotel is a convenience store and a Starbucks. These are convenient to the hotel visitors, as are other restaurants within walking distance.
Nice hotel, comfortable room, very well located, and with excellent services. The staff is very cooperative and understanding with foreigners... with very limited Japanese capability. Always nice and supportive, making your journey peaceful and memorable.
Location good. 1 minute from Kanayama rail station-This is 5 minutes by frequent trains to Nagoya. Rooms Free shaving and dental kit + other accessories Free English Newspaper. Free LAN in rooms-Free Wifi in lobby. No recognition of Plat. No extras like water No concept or facility of printing boarding pass. No early\late check out Little English spoken. One English TV Channel CNN Japan. Lost my reward night reservation. Luckily I had the print out so they could find it.-No apologises Minimal bathroom stuff. Twin bedded room as a decent size Top Floor (27) gives good view and no train noise. Area has lots of dining drinking options. Mall outside rail exit has a supermarket and the British Pub near it has a Happy hour 17:00-19:00 with half price cocktails-that bring their price to a reasonable Y250-Y400 “English” food looked unappetizing Nearby US eateries were McD’s, Kispy crème, Starbucks, Baskin Robins,Denny’s and of course numerous other restaurants including Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese Overall the hotel location is good but it is lacking the finesse of a Crowne Plaza for status guests. I would not stay here again.
I stay here when I travel to Nagoya for business. It is one of the few IHG brand hotels in Japan (thats not Intercontinentals) and since I usually default to IHG brands (Holiday Inns) in the US I chose here initially. It is 2 min walk from a large JR station hub which is convinient to and from the Centrair airport and also the Nagoya station for bullet trains. Within the vicinity is a food court with an English pub and lots of other options for food. A convinience store is right across the street but the hotel itself does have fancy restaurants within it too. The dinner buffet is some what pricey but is very nice and highly reccomended. The breakfast buffet is around $20 prepaid and $25 I believe post but also very nice. I've stayed in Tokyo hotels where they basically give you a closet to live in but by far this hotel is one of the largest within metropolitan areas in Japan. Free internet (though not sure for non-IHG members), great kind service, and most of staff speak English. If you're looking for more of a entertainment district find places in the Sakae Fushimi area but I think Kanayama is a lot better for business. I will stay at this location everytime I go to Nagoya.
this was the 1st time my wife and I visiting Nagoya. We arrived hotel by driving rental car. Hotel is easy to be found because it's the tallest building in the area. Car park is in user friendly design and not difficult to surfing around. Hotel locates very close to train station and a medium sized shopping mall. Bar on the top floor is not big but you can seated with beautiful city view easily. Twin bed room is spacious (350 sq ft) and facilities are all new. However, no WIFI access in guest room is the worst for a 4 stars hotel, and this make me doubtful if I will stay there again next time.
Everything as expected from a 4 star hotel. Good size (twin) rooms. Helpful staff (I speak Japanese) Management was flexible to accommodate us after an issue created by Expedia. 2 minutes walk from Kanayama train/subway station Great new shopping district nearby
This hotel needs to be refreshed, it is like stepping back 15 years in time. No wifi, no gym. And pretty expensive. Great and friendly staff, very clean as you would expect, great restaurants and bar, great location. It depends what you are looking for and what your budget is !
